Tags let you group the related information together and make it easier for you to identify particular information. To add tags,
- Click on the Left SideBar → Settings→ My Preferences → My Tags
- It displays all the available tags to add new, click on Add Tag
- Add the tag name in the Create new tag text box
- To make it a public tag(i.e available to all the users), enable the check box
- Finally, click on Save.
Using tags #
- Navigate to the detailed view of the appropriate record
- Click on Add Tag
In the Select/ Add tag overlay, choose the appropriate tag from the Select from available tags or add a new tag right from there.
