The company creates add-ons and extensions for CMS and CRM platforms. He has contributed a lot to other Open Source CRM. He is one of the Lead Developers in Vtiger and shared a lot in developing the initial version when it was forked from SugarCRM. He has also worked in AdventNet Inc & 7Strata.

Joforce Early Version 1.0
Joforce had launched with advanced features like leads capturing from the website, email and phone communication, and kanban view of deals at the initial stage of development.
In the very next release, we concentrated more on improvements and bug fixes. So in this version we added support for Gzip compression and the Nginx server. We added the new feature Customer Portal.
Upgraded JQuery dependency. This version included design changes like a new look for new theme colors, new form layouts, login pages that show the latest updates of Joforce, and customizable menus. We had made the CRM flexible for sharing data with 1000+ apps by integrating with Zapier.
Joforce 1.4 was released with functionality improvements. The version adds Graphql API for mobile, UI/UX, and Email tracking to track the click rate of the emails sent from Joforce.
This minor release came up with issues fixes. Resolved issues like email template editing, issue in Invoices, Quotes, and SalesOrder info editing.
Provides an enhanced experience for the users. CRM supports importing records data from CSV files, support for Mysql version 5.7, address autocomplete in the user module, language translation, better visualization of data for all modules in Kanban view, and attachment of documents or files in email. In June 2020, we unveiled 16 add-ons for Joforce CRM.
Joforce Alpha’s version added a tracking user activity(monitoring up-to-date user actions) feature. It also included an efficient sidebar for the user to make expandable searches.
Came out with a fresh new look with user interactive designs and webhooks. We renovated the CRM from the base.
We have added browser compatibility, fixed functionality, and UI issues.
