It lets you define the Terms and Conditions for the inventory modules like Invoices, Sales Order, Purchase orders, and Quotes. Having the Terms and Conditions in your inventory modules, lets you easily populate the text in PDF templates sent to your customers.
Adding Terms and Conditions for inventory
By default, Joforce renders some text for inventory Terms and Conditions. You can change the text to suit your requirements.
- Click on Left Sidebar → Settings → Navigate to the Company Info section → Terms and Conditions
- Choose the inventory, for which you need to change the text.
- Make the necessary changes and finally click Save.
You can also change the text from the records of your Inventory module.
